Pricing & How It Works

Here's how it works:

All basic - pay per session - video podcasts, are recorded as if the podcast was being broadcasted live. Just as you would see on a live television show where cameras switch between the speakers and occasionally a shot of the entire group is shown. This allows us to provide a finished podcast ready for distribution which you can upload to your favorite platform such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.

This is an unedited file that does not include logos, lower thirds, or intro and outro. And, as in all "Live" events, mistakes happen. While we make every effort to keep your podcast free of errors, the final file will be organic. In other words, it is unedited - like a live TV program.

Podcast Delivery:

All podcasts are delivered either on a hard drive of at least 500 gigabytes,  provided by the client. Alternatively, we can uploaded to a platform such as Dropbox and provide a link for download.

If you wish a higher end solution, we offer packages that include basic editing and distributions as per our fee schedule and add-ons below.

Podcast Add-Ons

Additional Fees for Add-Ons.

  • Live Streaming from our Studio - $350.00 Up to 90 minutes (Contact us for details)

  • Green Screen for 1 podcaster
    Additional $75.00. Podcaster must provide green screen background of high resolution
    (1920x1080 with 16:9 aspect ratio) in landscape orientation JPEG, TIFF, no later than 48 hours prior to day of filming. Be sure to not wear any green colored clothing.

  • For One Time Podcasting, Editing video & audio. Add intro and outro;
    normalize volume. $150.00 for 90 minutes podcast.

  • Extract & edit audio from video for audio only platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Buzzsprout, etc $150.00 Additional fee for two podcaster.
    This includes removing filler words; silent segments over 2 seconds; room noise, reverb, mouth noises and hum.
    An additionl $50.00 fee for each additional podcaster.

  • Show Notes & Transcription ($1.50 – $2.50 per audio minute)

  • Professional Teleprompter for single Podcaster. Client must provide teleprompter script no later than 24 hours prior to day of filming, preferably in a Word document. $50.00

  • Remote Call-In (Zoom/Skype, etc.) $50.00 additional fee.

- An additional $150 is required for remote locations within 25 miles radius of our studios in St. Augustine. Must also provide a reliable internet connection with ethernet access to modem/router. WiFi live streaming is not advised and VPS is not responsible for poor streaming quality.
* An additional $150 is required for session editing of 90 minutes.

** An additional $75.00 fee is required for green screen. Podcaster must provide background in video format or high resolution jpeg, or tiff.
***** Have a remote guest? We can seamlessly include them in your show through video or audio remote call-ins. $50.00 additional fee for video call-in.

We gladly edit your podcasts from another podcast studio or episodes filmed at home. The fee can run between $150 to $500 per episode depending on various factors: 1. Podcast length & Complexity. 2. Number of Speakers & Audio Quality (Interviews with Multiple Guests – Single Host Podcasts – Remote vs. In-Studio Recording – Music & Sound Effects. – Show Notes & Transcription ($1.50 – $2.50 per audio minute) – branded intros/outros.
